  • How do I contact you?

  • What are the different ways to connect with the sowlo?
    You can provide your e-mail address in our newsletter box in the footer of the website to subscribe to our newsletter. Also, you can always follow "the sowlo" across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. This will keep you updated about ongoing offers, promotions, our new launches, blogs, or hiring.
  • What is ‘My Account’?
    From my account, you can access all the information related to your order(s). It gives you complete control to do the following: 1. Edit your personal information like Name, Address, etc. 2. Change password. 3. Check your order history.
  • How do I register?
    To register, you just need to click on the top right corner of our website. Click on the ‘Create One’ option below the login to create your account.
  • How do I reset my password?
    To reset your password, please click on the “Forgot Password” option available on the Account/Login page. Enter the email address and the link to set a new password will be mailed to your registered Email ID.
  • How do I know once my order is confirmed?
    Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from the sowlo confirming the order placement. You will be provided with the Invoice Number, details of the order, and the amount you have paid.
  • Do you take orders over the phone?
    We do not take orders over the phone. The customer would have to place an order on www.thesowlo.com by themselves.
  • How do I order something on the sowlo?
    On the website, go to the products link where you can browse through various items and select the item(s) of your choice. Click on the ‘Add to Cart option to add the item(s) to your shopping bag. Click on the cart icon on the top of the page and select checkout. You can then proceed to payment options and complete the payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
  • What is the estimated delivery time?
    The delivery time varies on the basis of the destination city of delivery. Typically it takes 3-4 days for all metros and Tier 1 cities. It may take up to 5 days for delivery in Tier-II cities. For some cities in North India, it may take up to 10 days for delivery. At times, due to unforeseen reasons, there may be some delay in shipment. We will appreciate your patience during these times and we will ensure to get your delivery to you as soon as possible. You can write to us at support@thesowlo.com in case you face any issues with your shipment/delivery.
  • How to check the status of my order?
    To check the status of your order, log in to www.thesowlo.com and go to the “My Orders” section under “Account”. We will also email you when there is a status update to your order.
  • How are the confirmed orders delivered to me?
    Once you confirm the order, the items are shipped through one of our trusted courier partners. All these partners are reputed logistics service providers and we screen them extensively before partnering with them. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with details of the courier partner and the tracking number. We will also inform you of the estimated date of delivery through email or SMS.
  • I have already placed my order; can I add more items to the same order?
    Once you have completed the payment process, you cannot add or edit the order. You can place another order by selecting the additional items and completing the order and payment process for them.
  • What are the payment options?
    Once you have selected the item(s), you can pay via Netbanking and Cash on Delivery. All credit card and debit card payments on the sowlo are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. We do not have a Cash on Delivery option for our products.
  • When are Returns/exchanges not possible?
    Any product that you purchase from the sowlo is not returnable. However, you can exchange them if damaged on arrival. In case of the below-mentioned points, exchange/replacement is not possible: 1. The exchange/replacement request is initiated after more than 48 hours from the date of delivery. 2. Item(s) of the order are used or damaged. 3. Tags of the items were removed or damaged. 4. If the product has been customized on your request. 5. The package sent by us gets lost in transit and does not reach you. This is subject to official confirmation by the courier partner. 6. The product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect or is damaged. 7. We have charged you a higher amount by mistake due to a technical glitch from our end. In this case, the difference in amount will be refunded back to the source account from where the original payment was received. 8. We will initiate the refund once the returned product has reached our location. It may take 8-9 working days for the processing of the refund. 9. If you have placed orders through Online Payment, refunds will be done through the payment gateway to the account/card/wallet from which the original payment was made. The refunds will happen within 8-9 working days of products being received at our location. It typically takes 2-3 working days for refunds to reflect into your account which is completely dependent on your bank. The replacement and refund request will be not be accepted if any of the below points are met: 1. The product is not accepted by you at the time of courier delivery 2. Wrong address and contact details have been provided by you 3. Product is returned to us in a used and damaged condition 4. The tags of the products are not intact and/or removed. 5. Shipping, Payment gateway charges, and Cash on Delivery charges, in all cases, is non-refundable
  • How do I find a product on the website?
    We have made an elaborate structure of categories and subcategories on the Homepage to help you find what you are looking for. If you are unable to locate the item in the given filters, you can simply type the name in the search bar and check the relevant results. You could also reach out to me on the phone number and email ID provided and we will be happy to help you find the product of your choice.
  • Do all sarees come with a blouse piece?
    No, not all sarees come with a blouse piece. If there is a blouse piece, it will be mentioned in know your drape column on the product page.
  • What is the dimension of the saree?
    Subjected to the saree, it will be mentioned in know your drape column on the product page.
  • How do I maintain the products from the sowlo?
